Thank you for choosing CamCard. There are many different ways you can use our services，such as by recognizing, managing and backing up business card and so on. We wish to explain to you how we collect and use information though CamCard Privacy Policy, and how you can protect your privacy. When you use CamCard, it is considered you have consented to accept this Privacy Policy to be effect to you.
This Privacy Policy describes:

(2) How we use such information;
(3) Options we offer, including how to access, update and control information;
(4) Your obligations to protect the privacy;
(5) Information security.
3. Personal information we collect
3.1 Why we collect information
INTSIG Information Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "INTSIG" or "We" or "Us") aims to provide the professional with safe and efficient business card recognition, management, backup and synchronization service, etc. We afford our service though our website, software or other APPs. If you do not allow CamCard to collect, display or use your information, or you disagree with CamCard’s user agreement or this privacy policy, you cannot make use of CamCard. If you have already begun using CamCard, please cease use of the services immediately; otherwise your using shall mean or imply that you have accepted our agreements, rules and policies.
3.2 Classification of information
We classify user information into the following two major types according to whether personal identity can be recognized or not.
(1) Identifiable Personal Information. It can be used to directly identify, track, and confirm personal identity information, such as your name, e-mail address, and phone number and so on.
(2) Unidentifiable Personal Information. It can be the information which is related to you but cannot be used for directly identifying, tracking, and confirming personal identity information such as your use record of CamCard. We collect the kind of information to improve your experience when using CamCard.
4. What kind of information we collect and how
4.1 Information you submit
4.1.1 Personal information you submit
When you register with CamCard, you should provide contact information including your e-mail address, phone number, name, and password and so on, in order that we can send you notification when necessary. If any of your information has changed, please sign in your account to update it immediately. You acknowledge and agree that we can identify you according to your registering information when necessary.
4.1.2 Card information you upload
Other people’s business card information that you upload to CamCard attributes to their personal information and their privacy may be involved therein, so you should promise that you are authorized to do this. You should also make appropriate settings to prevent leaking information from infringing rights and interests of the owner. You shall not disclose such business card information without authorization. INTSIG will not disclose information you upload if not authorized.
4.2 Information we get from your use of CamCard service
In order to provide you with better service, we may record and analyze your use of CamCard service, the way you use it and other relevant information, including: device information such as hardware model, operating system version, device event information and so on; log file such as IP address, login or logout of account, clicking advertisement and so on; and information of Web Beacon or Cookie, etc.
If you use the location service of third-party, we may collect your location information from the third-party. Because the location information might leak your track, which may be used by undesirable, we suggest you disposing it carefully, especially not disclosing your home address so as to avoid unlawful attack/injury or harm from abuse of such information.
5. Accessing, consulting and updating your personal information
CamCard services enable you to check or update your personal information. To ensure safety, you have to access your account to carry out the above operation.
6. Deleting your personal account
You can contact INTSIG via e-mail you submitted when you register to apply for the cancellation of your account. We will delete your personally identifiable information from the open database according to our rules after canceling your account, and we have no obligation to retain or provide your account information.
7. Option of personal information
If you only set to use CamCard in locate mobile terminal device, we are not able to collect any of your information.
You acknowledge and consent that information you disclose is likely to be browsed, forwarded and commented by other CamCard users. You can personally make publicity restriction or adjustment on relevant information in privacy settings.
You are kindly suggested to complete your privacy settings on publicity restriction for the sake of risk aversion. Otherwise, it will be deemed as you have accepted our default settings. And we remind you especially, when using mobile terminal device, to set if the location information is published or not by yourself. If you are not clear about it, please check the user manual. If you choose to disclose your location information, please take notice of the risk of leaking your track. We strongly advise you not to disclose your home address so as to avoid unlawful attack/injury or harm from abuse of such information.
8. Use of personal information
It is regarded that you have authorized INTSIG to collect and process the information you submit once you register for a CamCard account. Otherwise, please instantly sign out from your account to terminate CamCard service. INTSIG will no longer collect and process your relevant information immediately after you canceled your account.
INTSIG collects and uses your information to operate or improve CamCard service, such as providing customer service, offering convenience by avoiding repeated inputs, and providing you with personalized information.
We are likely to contact you by your personal information, such as sending emails or messages concerning your service or other promotional information to your registered mailbox or phone number. You have the right to reject these messages. However, we will still send you e-mail concerning some necessary CamCard-related service such as notification of service terms changes.
The collected information will be stored and processed in servers of INTSIG and its affiliated companies or other service providers. All these servers can be located in either China or any other country or district in accordance with our service demands.
We will ask for your consent before using your information for a purpose other than those that are set out herein or in our user agreements.
9. Unsolicited correspondence or junk mail
You might receive unsolicited emails from other users if you choose to make relevant information (such as your contact information) disclosed.
10. Sharing of Personal Information
Unless otherwise specified, we will not share your personal information with anyone other than INTSIG and its affiliated companies, business partners and solution vendors without your consent. We are hereby allowed to disclose your relevant information to the aforesaid companies. The companies above may sometimes offer certain service such as data storage service, etc. in representative of INTSIG. Accordingly, these companies can only get access to information related to the service they offer. INTSIG will assure the security of information use through signing confidentiality agreement or add confidentiality clauses in it, etc. with the companies above.
11. Disclosure and publicity of personal identification information
With our respect and protection to your privacy, we guarantee not to disclose user personal identity information to any third party or individual, unless one of the following circumstances applies
(1) With your consent;
(2) For legal reasons or government requests;
(3) For the purpose of enforcing CamCard user agreement, or under other circumstances INTSIG deems necessary;
(4) For protection of legal rights of INTSIG and other users, or public security and public interest under emergencies.
12. Privacy protection after bankruptcy or M&A
In the event that INTSIG undergoes a business transition, such as a merge, acquisition by another company, sale of all or a portion of its assets, or bankruptcy, we may transfer all of your information, including personal information, which we collect in our service, to the successor organization in such transition as our property. The new company will continue to dispose the information according to the law, this policy and the agreement as before.
We’re using mainstream technology to protect our users’ data, not only those stored on our servers but also those transferred between our app and servers. No one can access, use or publish them without authority. For example, our CamCard uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with 2048 bit RSA and 256 bit AES encryption to transfer data between our app and servers. The files stored on our servers are using 256 bit AES encryption, which is on bank information security level. The implementation may vary depending on the technology development and our business development.
We’ll try our best to ensure the safety of our users’ data. But due to the complexity of the Internet environment, we could not make any commitment for that. You can visit Data Security to understand our data security policy in detail.
14. Remedies of information leakage
Please inform us promptly once your personal information is likely to be or has already been leaked. We will make every effort to render assistance by taking reasonable actions. We may contact you through registered mailbox or make a warning announcement on our website, if we find any potential security risk such as system vulnerabilities.
15. Privacy terms for children
We attach great importance to the security and protection of minor’s privacy and data. According to our business, we don’t permit a minor to register or use our service. However, we are not able to identify if the user is a minor or if the relevant information is come from a minor, unless the minor’s guardian notices INTSIG in written. Without the prior consent of the guardian, we will not use the minor’s information, or leak the Identifiable Personal Information to any third party, unless we need to provide them necessary service or assist the government and judicial institutions.
In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a minor by accident, we will reserve the right to take reasonable measures to promptly erase such information from our records.
16. For users from different countries
INTSIG protects privacy and personal information in compliance with our Privacy Policy which is set down according to laws and regulations. For the user from China Mainland, the terms of this policy applies the law of People’s Republic of China. For the user from other area of China or other countries and districts, the terms of this policy applies the law of Hong Kong.
If your personal information and privacy leak out for any reasons below, we will try our best to remedy it or afford assistant to you. However, you agree that we do not bear any responsibility:
(1) Attacked from virus, Trojan or hackers;
(2) For legal reasons or government requests;
(3) Your sharing activity of your own account information;
(4) Any other reason not relevant to INTSIG.
CamCard is entitled to make proper adjustments on the range of information collection, the way of information display, and the platform settings in accordance with the development of business and the change in law and policies.
Any Privacy Policy change will be posted on our website or be informed to you directly. You have the right to decide whether to continue using CamCard service or not. If you disagree with the updated Privacy Policy, please instantly sign out from your account to terminate CamCard service.
